Terms of Service

Karbon Fifteen provides automotive market intelligence: model-level market values (including the K15 Market Benchmark™), auction results, trends, forecasts, market reports, and related tools (the "Service"). Parts of the Service are free to browse; full access requires a paid membership.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a membership.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

• Plans. Paid memberships (such as Collector and Professional) are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Price changes. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Promotions. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be limited, revoked, or modified for misuse.

The Service provides informational estimates, not appraisals, valuations for insurance or lending purposes, or investment, financial, or purchase advice. Benchmarks, trends, and forecasts are statistical measures computed from publicly reported auction results and are provided "as is". Collector car markets are volatile; the value of any individual vehicle depends on its specific history, condition, and provenance, which our model-level data cannot capture.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing on the Service creates a fiduciary, advisory, or brokerage relationship. Forecasts are projections, never promises.

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or reports without our written permission.
• Do not share member credentials or circumvent membership gating. Each account is for one person.
• Do not interfere with the Service's operation, probe its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not use automated agents to create accounts or submit forms.

The Service — including the K15 Market Benchmark™ computation, site design, reports, text, and compilations of data — is owned by Karbon Fifteen and protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own research. Underlying auction results are matters of public record; our verification, curation, computation, and presentation of them are proprietary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karbon Fifteen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including decisions to buy, sell, insure, or value any vehicle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
